  The purpose of this tool kit is to help prepare our coalition members, local businesses and organizations to better understand, advocate and communicate for a better business tax climate and help solve the serious business tax competitiveness problems that are contributing to the low rate of job creation in Pennsylvania. Communicate with your employees - encourage them to write to their legislators and advocate to have our elected officials focus on our business tax priorities this year.
